MMIC DESIGN ENGINEER

We are looking for MMIC Designers with experience in High Frequency, High Linearity MMIC Design using GaAs, GaN, SiGe, InP or SiC.

Experience designing in the 6GHz – 40GHz+ frequency range for Wireless Infrastructure, Defense and/or Optical Networking applications.

Position requires a BSEE (MS or PhD preferred) and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in RF/Microwave/Millimeter-wave TX/RX MMICs (PA, LNA, Phase shifter, Attenuator, Switch, Converter, SPC)

Proficiency in microwave and EM simulation tools such as ADS, MWO, SONNET, IE3D, HFSS or Momentum

U. S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Required, Active Security Clearance a plus.
