RFIC HPA DESIGN ENGINEER

Mid Level (5-10 years) and Senior Level (15+ years)

We are looking for RFIC PA Design Engineers with a BSEE/MSEE and 5+ years of experience designing High Power LDMOS and/or GaN Power Amplifier ICs /Transistors or High Power Amp modules for reference circuits. 

Experience with Impedance matching, Load Pull, Linearization, Doherty PA Design experience. 

A background in Device modeling is a plus, if candidate has subsequent design experience. 

A successful candidate can come from design of PA IC, Module or full-blown Base station PAs.
